Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Who we are

heavyhittersonly.live (the "Site") is operated by Heavy Hitters Only ("we", "us"), a producer of catfight and wrestling-style entertainment. By creating an account, buying a pass or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Adults only

The Site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and viewing this kind of content must be legal where you are. By entering the Site you confirm both. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. What the content is

Heavy Hitters Only content is produced entertainment. Every match is a directed performance by consenting adult professionals, filmed on a closed set. Storylines, callouts, rivalries and trash talk are part of the show and are not real disputes or threats. Performers are not competing for a prize and their pay does not depend on the outcome of a match.

The content contains physical action, mature themes and partial nudity. Do not try to imitate anything you see on the Site.

4. Accounts

You need an account (or the email you used at checkout) to watch what you bought. Keep your login private: you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

5. Passes and what you get

A pass is a one-time payment for a single event, unless the offer says otherwise (for example a bundle that includes a second event). It gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream that event's full match and related content on the Site for as long as the Site offers it. "Lifetime access" means access for the life of the Site and of your account; it is not a transfer of ownership of any content.

Prices are shown before payment in US dollars (or another currency shown at checkout) and include any amount we are required to charge. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store your card details.

Upcoming events can be pre-ordered. If an event is moved to a new date, your pass stays valid for the new date. If it is cancelled, you can get a refund or, where we offer it, move the pass to another event (see the Refund Policy).

6. Rules for viewers

You agree not to:

  • download, record, screen-capture, re-upload, share, sell or stream any content from the Site, or help anyone else do it;
  • share your account or bypass any access, age or technical protection;
  • harass, threaten, dox or try to contact performers outside official channels, or ask for their personal details or location;
  • ask us or performers to arrange a real fight, propose wagers or bets on any match, or offer money to performers;
  • post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit material in any comment or community space we run.

Every video is marked with a forensic watermark linked to your account. If content leaks from your account we may suspend or close it without refund and take legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including videos, photos, logos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to it beyond the licence in section 5.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, update or remove content, features and prices. We will try to keep the Site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we change these Terms in a material way we will post the new version here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept it.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, for example by leaking content, sharing your account or harassing performers.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

12. Contact and notice to California users
